Returns

Can I Return My Order?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with your purchase. However, your return must meet the following conditions:

  1. The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all parts and components, in the same condition as received.

  2. Normal handling is acceptable, but damage due to careless handling will not be accepted.

  3. Items related to hygiene must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

  4. If the item was defective upon arrival, you must notify us immediately.

  5. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  6. Returns will be processed within 7 business days, and if all conditions are met, your return will be officially acknowledged.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect the item has been used or damaged due to reasons beyond our control.


How to Return an Order

If your order meets the conditions above, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at: support@hudson-blake.com

  2. Include the following information in your email:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • A photo of the product (if damaged)

    • Your full name

    • Your shipping address

  3. Once we review your request, we will provide you with the correct return address.

    • DO NOT send returns to the sender address. We will provide the proper return address upon approval.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Order Cancellation Policy

Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. However, since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after placement, meaning cancellation is only possible once the order has been received and returned to us.

How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order, you must notify us via email at support@hudson-blake.com with a clear request for cancellation. Refunds will only be processed once we have received the returned goods. The cost of return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

Shipments in Transit

As our products are shipped from Asia, transit times may be longer than expected. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible until you have received the item. Once received, you can initiate a return as per our return policy.

To expedite the return process, please provide a shipping confirmation once the return has been sent.


Refunds

If you cancel your order and return the product, we will process a refund within 14 days of receiving both your cancellation request and the returned goods. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any additional delivery fees (such as express shipping) will not be reimbursed.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
